Pollinator Day (Chatham Public Library)

Butterflies, bees, and birds all play essential roles in our local ecosystems!

Join library staff, author Nancy Castaldo, and the Columbia Land Conservancy for a celebration of pollinators and the native plants that support them! We’ll be sharing stories and hands-on learning activities about the world of pollinators before traveling down the street a quarter of a mile from the Library to Smith Pond to plant seedlings in a new pollinator garden. Please bring water and wear dirt-friendly clothing and shoes and join us for a morning of fun!
