Weekly Wednesday morning classes in the Morris Memorial gymnasium led by instructors Bobbie Kosnick and John McGowan.

Tai Shi Chuan is a slow-moving, meditative exercise for relaxation, health and self-defense. Originally from China, Tai Chi is practiced in this country primarily for its health benefits. It can provide benefits to the mind, body and spirit, while adding inner and outer strength.

Fee: $110 for 10 one-hour lessons or $15 per lesson.
First timers are welcome to try first class free of charge.
