Tri-Village Fire Co. steak roast Sep 9, 2023

Tri-Village Fire Co., serving Chatham Center, Malden Bridge and Old Chatham, will hold its annual Steak Roast on Sep 9, starting at Noon.

The event draws over 900 diners each year and is the all-volunteer fire company’s major fund-raiser for the year.

For $35, patrons receive a steak, or chicken, plus sides and dessert, plus beer and soft drinks. Many people come for the socializing, a high point of the yerar in the three hamlets, and then take an uncooked steak home to cook for dinner.
