Seeking option to remove Fox

Chatham Dem Elizabeth Di Palma is starting an effort to have the ultra-conservative Fox network removed from cable bundles if the customer wishes. Rep. Antonio Delgado has been responsive.

Di Palma said, “Last week I sent out emails and faxes to various Members of Congress, asking for them to consider legislation that would let us all opt for telecom bundles that do NOT include Fox.

“Since Fox derives most of its income from these bundles, we are forced to support their hate speech and disinformation against our will (and best interests). My point was that we should have a choice in this.

“The only person I heard back from was a staffer in Delgado's DC office, who called me today, to say that she'd be putting this issue in front of Delgado's legislative team.
