Library works for ballot referendum

In an effort to improve fund-raising capability, leaders of the North Chatham Free Library are working to get a referendum on the Town of Chatham ballot in November that will allow community members to vote on an increase in funding for the library. If you want to help, you can volunteer to go door-to-door requesting voters' signatures on a petition to get this referendum on the ballot. Our target: 300 signatures.

If you can volunteer, let us know by Friday, March 25. Email Dottie Cummings dmc4826@gmail.com or Liz Smith horse_heaven@msn.com
